Unfortunately the Buckeye burned down We always enjoyed grabbing a bite at the bar. Always friendly patrons and staff. Loved their homemade sangria.

It was so very sad to learn of the fire at the Buckeye. This is a historic tavern, going back to the late 18th century, a coach stop between Bethlehem and Reading. There was great food and great service.

What a shame. This historic building was irreplaceable. The owner put his heart and soul into it. Please visit his other restaurant, the Alburtis Tavern. I like it!

The Buckeye Tavern burned down last week. The owners say they may rebuild but how do you rebuild an establishment that was first built in the early 1700's.
