Our family was in the area looking at nearby colleges, and we had the most excellent experience all around the Pressroom. The food was fresh, inspired and crafted with intention. The ambiance is fantastic and we enjoyed a great selection of beer, wine and cocktails. There was even live jazz the night we visited! Our server, Morgan, was full of... More

We enjoyed the fun atmosphere of the Pressroom. We ordered from the bistro menu since we are not big eaters. The fish tacos were good. We also indulged in the Pistachio/Raspberry dessert which was unique.

We had dinner and it was wonderful! Bee was our waitress and she was helpful attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The guacamole was sub par but the homemade cumin chips saved the dish. We also had tuna carpaccio and I put it on the chips.... delectable to say the least. We had drinks and bar service was excellent as... More

We made a last minute reservation via OpenTable while walking down the street. We arrived a little early, but were seated quickly at a terrific table near the window. There was a good beer selection and they made a terrific Mule. We shared the duck fat fries with confit and I had a cup of crab soup. This was enough... More

When going for brunch, there's always a certain feel and atmosphere I imagine and anticipate in the place I will be going. Often times, that expectation is met in a different way than I anticipate however when I visited the Pressroom, the experience matched my expectations. I walked in and the place was bright with natural light and smelled fresh.... More

She got the Fish Tacos and left Nothing. I got pizza with a tasty Pils from the tap. Lovely service, decor, and food. This was our first visit, but we're going again!

The Pressroom has lots of positives going for it. Even though it is in the heart of Lancaster City, there is convenient indoor parking right across the street. Have your parking stub validated and parking is free. The Pressroom has a an interesting menu with various options. Service was very good. Servers were attentive and helpful. The ambiance of the... Last Friday my husband and I had dinner at the Pressroom, and everything about our experience was exceptional. The decor has an open, modern feel, and the tables are not right on top of each other. The two women at the reception desk were very helpful. Our server, Clayton, did an excellent job from beginning to end. The food -... More

Had a nice return visit with out of town friends. Overall much better than last year's visit. We split the Arugula and apple salad, with entrees of Pan Seared Scallops and Bistro Steak Frites with truffle fries. Overall good, but wish the scallops had more of a sear to them and meat more pink for a medium. Both meals very... More

Situated in the heart of Landcaster city this restaurant has a great atmosphere however the food could be better. First the appetizers, the risotto balls were tasty however what they described as gnocchi was awful. Basically they were mashed potatoes with some mushroom flavoring, the mushrooms were great. My husband had steak (little overcooked) and wilted spinach dish that was... More
