We loved this restaurant! We both started with the octopus salad! Soooo good! I had the marlin special & my husband had the park shank. We were both very happy with our choices. Everything was done to perfection! Each dish had creative unique flavors. There is an extensive wine/beer/cocktail menu. We chose a lovely Rioja to accompany our meal. We... More

Moya is a nice restaurant. The atmosphere was romantic and the service was very good. We were disappointed in that the item my wife wanted from the menu was not available. The food we did get was very good, especially the fish which was on special.

This was really outstanding. The salmon with tomato and mushrooms was the best dinner I have had in a while. The beer list is very unique, and the staff was super with our 18month old. A little pricey, but great for a special occasion. We live closer to Philadelphia, and I think moya is easily as good as any restaurant... More

Run here....from the apps, entrees, and dessert to the staff and decor....LOVED. Goat Cheese over arugula, beets, and asparagus. Avocado Salad TO DIE FOR creamy and fresh. Filet Mignon cooked to perfection with green beans. Dessert was peanut butter ice cream with a caramel center coated with a hard chocolate shell!!! Not one complaint!!

After a few months away, I found myself and my husband back at our favorite hidden gem. We were pleased to find that it's still as amazing as our last visit. We both ordered the black currant martinis, perfect balance. We decided to try something new and share the fresh lamb ravioli. We had just come back from Turkey and... More

I have been to Moya many times. Each time is perfection. I am a frequent dinner diner at the bar, where I am always welcomed warmly. They remember me by name and always have a generous pour of my favorite wine available. The waitstaff always is very knowledgeable about the different cocktail specials, which are always a must. Whenever the... More

I've been to Moya many times over the past few years and I can't recommend this place enough! It is hand's down the best restaurant in the area and by far the most delicious, fresh and innovative. The bread is always warm, and fresh from the oven as it is homemade. I absolutely love the tuna tartare , the avocado... More

This is my happiest of happy places in Jim Thorpe. Interesting cocktails, very attentive service, great decor but it's the food that makes me come back. Tuna tartar, goat cheese, asparagus& beet salad and the short ribs are my favorites. Love this place.

I have been to Moya many, many times since their opening I think in 2009? We have dined as an extended family, in a large group, and my husband and I on date nights. We now live in the Lehigh valley so don't get to visit as frequently as we would like. Every time we go the service and food... More
