Panino once again produced a fabulous quality dinner at outstanding value, especially considering the BYO policy. I've never had a better steak and my wife had Victoria's excellent fish pie - and of course had to start with the prawn linguini with a touch of...More

Having recently visited Italy we decided to dine at Panino's. We found the atmosphere and service was only surpassed by the quality of our meal. The chilli prawn linguini and braised beef cheeks were superb. The owner and chef Bruno was a most interesting host!

We had another amazing dinner at Panino last night: veal osso bucco with fregola and green beans almondine. Chef Bruno, always colourful, often temperamental but charismatic and loveable outdid himself. Definitely worth the drive!!

Best coffee ever, didn't eat here just stopped for a drink. They grind and combine their own coffee beans....highly recommended, this barrister knew what he was doing!

We had an excellent very large steak and braised beef cheeks for dinner. Both really good quality meat and cooked well. Service was friendly. The wine list looked interesting, but had limited stock available. For a tiny country town, the food was surprisingly good. A...More

I am fairly certain that they have gluten free options on their menu. The Wollombi is known for having lots of interesting & health conscious people so I would imagine the restaurants would need to accommodate. But give... More
