This review is based on 2 visits both of which were excellent. The pub is a stones throw from a stunning Cornish bay in a superb location and on the South West Coast path. There is a great cozy bar, outside seating areas, and super...More

Close to the beach, dog friendly, good food (we had the fish and chips which were really nice, especially the chips!) and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend!

Really good atmosphere and great staff right near a super little beach, however the food is not to my taste but suits people wanting something simple like a sandwich and frozen chips. They own a great fish and chip shop opposite though and their own...More

Locals openly complaining about tourists and staff clearly dislikes and hate servicing anyone other than locals. Such a shame as the quality of the food and drinks offer is very good . Except the Chippie, worst fish and chip we've ever had , uneatable if...More

I have visited this place a few times with family and my partner. Good choice of ales and the food is spot on. Their sandwiches are awesome and such good value for money.

Had to pay for car parking. Then went to the restaurant. Nothing available for dinner Not helpful. Make sure you have a booking before wasting money on parking.

We were made very welcome with our two Jack Russells inside the bar. Great choice of beer and we found the food very good.

No you wouldn't be able to sea the sunset, but you could take a few steps to the beach and see it. I eat downstairs so didn't see the view from upstairs. Think you'd still love it though.
