Lovely location with views across the estuary. Disappointed with the food - for these prices we would have expected something more. The lemon sole was swimming in butter and didnt really experince the taste of seaweed and lime. The steak was good quality but rather...More

What an amazing location but worth booking to get a table upstairs. Ate from the specials board based on the details provided by the staff so knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble. Good choice of fish not surprisingly but something for meat eaters and vegetarians.

Sunday lunch, cool plates, medium warm food, the meat was tender and tasty, roast potatoes had clearly been kept warm for hours and hours, they were inedible and dry. The vegetables could have been amazing, barely warm, the cheese leeks were painfully salty, to make...More

Hi They're very baby friendly. As Keith C suggests being upstairs will be quieter, though a bit more of a 'bustle' downstairs might be less of an issue for sleeping through...? Hope you have a good time, it's a unique... More
