My family and I went to the Waterside Inn to celebrate a special occasion and it did not disappoint. Having eaten at a number of two michelin star restaurants I was interested to see the difference with the Waterside Inn with its three stars. On our arrival the staff were friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome. The menu... More

From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave the staff at the waterside can't do enough for you. They know what you want before you do and this is delivered in a professionally and friendly without being in your face. The food is amazing the best pigeon we've ever tasted and the basil sorbet was delicious (don't knock... More

We visited here as part of the Signature package that was a Christmas present. This included an overnight stay with breakfast, menu exceptional, a signed book, champagne, goodies etc. Well worth the money and good value if you break it down. Upon arrival the car was parked for you and luggage taken to the room. The rooms are spacious and... More

The whole experience is one I will remember for a long time, the reason it has it's michelin starts is the whole experience from the moment you walk in the door is outstanding. The attention to detail is awesome & although there are a lot of staff you are waited on but not harassed, the quality of the food was... More

A very nice place with a good food and service. The staff is attentive. We had a family dinner with one of us who is alargic to shelfish and the chef took it into consideration.

I went with my family today and it was probably my most memorable meal out ever. The location is right next to the river Thames and it was lovely to watch the boats. We were greeted my so many staff who were very friendly and were kind to us (they probably realised that we were not regulars to Michelin star... More

I took my fiancé to the Waterside for her birthday. It was utterly appalling. The lobster was sinewy and bland. My girlfriends rabbit looked and tasted overcooked. My veal was essentially a blob of gelatine. Flavourless and without texture. The service was utterly disgraceful. We were harangued at the beginning of the meal and then utterly abandoned by the end... More

It's now 2 weeks since we had lunch at the restaurant. We can remember the fantastic service, starting with having our car parked, to wonderful attention from the waiting staff at the table. The food arrived extremely quickly - too quickly. But two weeks later I can barely remember what I ordered. I can remember the presentation which was fabulous,... More

It was the first time my wife and I had visited the restaurant, but with 3 Michelin stars we were expecting something extremely good. We were not to be disappointed. From the doorman through to the table and the staff that looked after us, it was first class all the way. The service was impeccable, they were attentive without sitting... More

We ate here in February , and from start to finish we had a wonderful at tentative evening. The greeting on arrival through to the service throughout the meal was faultless , with very approachable and friendly staff. We had the taster menu paired with the wine and every course and the choice of wine with it was explained perfectly... More
