We visited on a Sunday night and the restaurant was so busy. (Always a good sign) We all went for the 3 course deal for £9.95 ranging from chicken, fish and vegetarian. The food was excellent; the service was spot on and ...... the plates were hot!!!!!!! Great ambience. Highly recommend (we’re from London and one of our party has decided it’s his best Indian restaurant ever and wants to drive up regularly)

From start to finish, everything about the visit to Namaste was really great, including the tasteful decor and ambience of the dining area. The staff were friendly and helpful, food portions were delivered promptly, beautifully presented, really good quality, great taste and incredible value for money from a very extensive menu (3 courses for £13.95). We could not find fault and considering this type of food has always been my favourite, this ranks among the nicest I have ever had (66y old). I am only saddened that we live too far away to be able to visit again soon. Very highly recommended.

We drove around this small town looking for a parking space. This restaurant as its own car park. We was greeted by lovely inviting staff. The selection on the menu is varied and the dishes we ordered was full of flavour, good portions and lovely and hot. We thoughly enjoyed every mouthful and didn't want our dishes to end. We will definitely return and the prices was fair. If anything the Deco needed Sprousing up but it was clean where we sat. I would recommend anyone to go and support this business.

Couldn’t fault the food apart from being rushed out of the restaurant, stood there watching with there coat and bag on the chair, never got offered a second drink or a dessert. Slapped a bill on the table before we had finished eating and cleared up the table while my mate was still eating, turned the music off and Christmas lights(while still eating) felt really uncomfortable and not welcome at all. Wish I would have said something more at the time but didn’t. If we was so limited on time then they should have said no we are closing soon 😠 Not very professional at all won’t be spending my money in there again.

Polite quiet staff. Very cramped restaurant. Knocked on the back of the chair in there about a million times by the other customers. Mainly though the curry wasn’t very hot in temperature, always bland tastes, very very fatty lamb dishes every time I order a lamb Balti! Have given it my last chance there and always the same. Which is a shame as it’s in a great location. Walking distance from Stourport town centre.

I stopped having take away from this restaurant over two years ago due to several horrible meals. Thought I'd give it a go again to see if had improved.....it hasn't. The chicken tikka starter was so dry it was inedible, the lamb biryani was ok but he lamb was very fatty and tough so only ate the rice and sauce. The naan was like a piece of cardboard! What a total waste of money. Won't be using them again that's for sure.

I used to love this restaurant but it's gone downhill. The curry with chicken, lamb and king prawn only had one prawn. It was tasty but was served luke warm. Everything else was good though, so we didn't comment. My father is almost 80 and not well, so has a very small appetite these days. As a result we go to dinner very early and share a meal between us. We went on a Sunday at 6pm while the restaurant was almost empty. We ordered a set meal for £16 to share but added £8 of sides and £4 for popadoms. So our total would be £28. We could have had 2 three course meals for £32 but it would be wasteful. The meal includes an ice cream but the ice cream menu we were given only had ice cream in a dish with toppings. Dad was disappointed as he only really likes plain vanilla but we ordered the simplest on offer. We didn't finish it as it wasn't nice. The bill was presented with ice cream at £6, so a total of £34. I asked why we were charged and the waiter (owner?) was very rude. He stated that we could have had plain ice cream in our set meal, which was not offered. He told me it was out of kindness that they'd allowed us to order one meal between two. Bonkers when our extra dishes came to almost the price of a full three course meal, at far lower ingredient cost to them! He refused to reduce it, so I agreed to pay the bill but no tip. If he'd been more understanding he'd have been paid a tip similar to the value of an ice cream! My family have used this restaurant regularly, with me only joining them when I'm in the area. I certainly won't go again after being so rudely spoken to. As for the rest of the family, I don't know but I hope they won't.

Ordered at 530 when they opened food csmr at 7pm. An hiyr and a half for a small order for a single person. Rice tub only half full again which is often an ussue, and a side dish of 4 aloo Bora came with only 3. Only restaurant that never sends any free poppadoms. Food itself nice and good quality. Sometimes their egg fried rice is awsome with loads of egg in it and nice big chunks at times but other times I struggle to find any egg at all. Onky half the tub of rice is full which is always disappointing.

5* stars all day long - food was fantastic My partner and I visited Namaste for the first tonight and were greeted by a lovely young lady who sat us down at our table and greeted us with a heart warming welcome and smile. The waitress was so enthusiastic about the menu and gave a number of recommendations My partner had a photo on his phone of the main dish he wanted from the Namaste website and gave the phone to the young lady. Was quite disappointed by one thing. The older lady who I assume is the manager rushed to our table to tell our waitress to put the phone away. This seemed to have crashed her confidence. It wasn't her phone it was my partners. We decided to take our food away instead and came back to give the young lady a tip. We told her she was doing a fantastic job and not let anyone talk to her in that way. The smile was back and it's a shame we didn't get to enjoy our food inside however it was amazing. Great flavours and can tell they were made with care. Really good portion sizes too Would highly recommend based on the food and the young ladies smile.

Found this restaurant on google and it showed the highest rating. We only had a takeaway to top up a meal we had already cooked. We wanted chicken tikka but got 5 pieces and this was supposed to have been a main course. Aubergines were undercooked so we’re quite tough. Prawn Purée was not too bad but a bit too much cumin for me. Not a great experience, maybe just caught them on a bad day.

This is such a lovely restaurant. The food was perfect. Service is amazing and there is a real ambience here. All of staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The starter was served in a particularly impressive way, with smoke curling around our plates. The prices are also really good. This is without a doubt, in my opinion, the best Indian restaurant in Worcestershire.

I think that this is my 3rd or 4th visit but without doubt the worst. Previous visits have been good, hence our visit tonight. Where should I start, poppadoms tasted as if they had been made 24 hours earlier, they were quite soft. When the main courses arrived the waiter dropped the Nan bread. To be fair, the 3 curries we had were quite good but the pilau rice bore no resemblance to any pilau rice we had ever eaten previously, none of the traditional ingredients had been used, totally bland, did nothing for the meal, which would have been improved by its omission. I’m convinced that it was a plain basmati rice, nothing more. I found the staff either argumentative or disinterested. Had this been my first visit it would have been my last. Now I’m wondering if I need to give them another chance but I’m seriously coming down on the side of not doing so as we were so disappointed. There are better local take always but it’s nice to go out now it’s possible.

Today's the curry had a few peices of paneer in it and then nothing else so spoons ans spoons for sauce. Yet last weeks curry was less sauce and much better. Unlike other restaurants they Don't send free pioadoms. One week i ordered a dip ans a tiny dip came. Next week the dip came in a large contrainer . Very inconsistent. But food is very nice so thry let them self down really. Today only half a tub of rice instead of a full tub. Rolling my eyes.

This is the 2nd time we have had a BAD meal from here! We gave them a 2nd chance and things weren't too bad then lockdown! After 12 months of not eating takeaways we thought we should give it a go. We wish we hadn't! Pillar rice swimming in water. Chicken Tikka Masala with absolutely no flavour. Onion Bhajis that must have been fried at least twice maybe more! Uneatable! The Naan was OK. A waste of money!

We have visited this curry house for takeaways many times over the years and it’s always been a good experience. It’s always been ready for collection in the time specified when ordering, the food is always very tasty and a good price. This is our go to curry house when in the Stourport area. Definitely recommended.
