Amazing Indian food

Once again a lovely evening spent at Mezze. We feel so lucky to have such an amazing restaurant on our doorstep. The Owner and staff of this relatively new Indian restaurant are always welcoming and friendly. It is lovely seeing the developments of the restaurant....With an open kitchen the hygiene and cleanliness is on full view. The quality of the food is incredible. Comments made on this visit: Keema Nans outstanding. The lamb melts in your mouth. mild korma and passanda reported as the BEST they had tasted. The Kari is my personal favourite never disappoints. The only slightly negative is the Madras could have been hotter! Once you've eaten here, you'll find it difficult to find anywhere in comparison. It's a big thumbs up from my family of 5. Even my grandson was mesmerized by the activities in the kitchen. Thank you! We will be back soonMore

Food cold and items missing

Have had a delivery twice now from here. The food is expensive. Portion size just about right but both times food has been cold and some of the order didn’t arrive. Said they would do a refund to just eat but didn’t. Wont order from...here again.More

Mezze in Redditch

A real taste of Turkey. The decor is a wonderful reminder of hot days in the West of Turkey. Even the ceiling has blue skies and olive trees. Wonderful choice of beautifully prepared food. A must visit!

Disappointing

Really excited about finally having a proper Turkish restaurant in Redditch. The food was okay nothing amazing but not bad, lamb undercooked however. It took us over an hour and a half to get our food, despite multiple times asking. And they didn't bring some...of it and forgot completely. The staff were having arguements right next to us. The whole thing was very hectic and stressful, the food as I say was okay. So disappointed won't be returning.More

Can't wait to come back!

I rarely leave reviews but I thought Mezze deserved one. I think we can safely say we have very little choice in Redditch when it comes to outstanding independent food establishments but this is one of them...finally! I had high expectations on arrival and I'm...pleased to say the food well exceeded that. We both ordered the Mezze Grill and the meat was divine - didn't want to waste a mouthful. If I could have got a table the next night I would have done. Top effort guys!More

Juicy succulent meat cuts! Best Turkish.

As a family we regularly dine at Turkish restaurants in Birmingham so we were eager to try this one local to home. We ordered the jumbo platter for 7 people and it was probably the best Turkish meat we have ever had - especially the...kebabs. Real good value for money: a large selection of BBQ meats of different cuts (lamb/ chicken) large turkish salad, bulgar rice dish & bread plus complimentary cold mezze tasters. Everything was prepared and packed with care by very friendly staff. This will be our regular Turkish place from now on.More
