Had a lovely senday lunch- beef was cooked very well. Nice selection of starts and deserts also. Staff were very friendly.

I had lovely food with the fiance, dad and his partner. We all had Sunday roasts. Exactly how Sunday roasts should be. I have always been to this place over these past 15 years.

Most of party had whitebait starter followed by Venison Burger with chips. Very well received and some good eaters were nearly defeated ! Good local beer and friendly,appreciative service.

No they are not open for early breakfast but it has recently changed hands and I think they open 11 to 11 It's worth another visit as new landlord and young chef are lovely.

We did not go there of a lunchtime our experience was of an evening .. as we were out walking, so cannot comment on this..so can only apologise there!!
