Food was very tasty, and especially good if you are looking for a break from Chinese food. The cheeseburger was delicious, and each of our assorted appetizers were tasty as well. The fare appears to be a mixture of Western and Eastern, with a focus on French and Thai delicacies. Along with the famous hamburger, the menu also features a... More

Chill hangout for expats/foreign tourists in a good location with nice outdoor seating. We read that they help book excursions but there wasn't anything really advertised for it clearly in the cafe. They really need to train the Chinese staff working in the back though - we were sitting in the back outdoor area and one of the guys on... More

We stopped by to get out of the hot sun. They have nice shaded patio in front. Our 1st visit we just had a cold beer. A couple days later we came for lunch my wife's pasta dish was very good but my rice dish was so so. We came back a 3rd time but they were closed for a... More

After my disappointing 'Cheeseburger Test' a couple doors down at the top rated restaurant the week before, I found 'My Cheers'. The staff were helpful and the patio was peaceful while having my coffee before having lunch. The location is great being in the middle of Jinghong and the patios (one enclosed in the rear for privacy and one in the... We ate here a couple of times and liked it very much. We particularly liked the western food and salads. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I had two experiences at the Mekong. First was breakfast. I ordered coffee and toast. The coffee was disappointing. Typical Chinese which I could have got in my hotel. and the toast was warm dry bread, no butter, jam or anything. The second was cocktails on our last night. We ordered a mojito and a Long Island. Both were undrikable... More

If you want something different from Chinese food , this is a good option. If you compare the food served in this place with any other restaurant around the world, maybe you'll be disappointed. But have in mind you are in Yunnan china, far away from western world, so this is one of the best western food you can find... More

I heard a lot of good things about this place, but I was kind of disappointed with the food and service. The sign claims that the staff can speak English, French, or Spanish but I couldn't find anyone there who did. Good drink selection but the food was rather bland. Got a noodle dish and fried bandannas that were both... More

Previously, I chose this place over Mei Mei Cafe (a few doors away) but I'm sad to see the demise of this place. Came here for lunch and sadly the quality in food and service has just dropped. I didn't come back the rest of the time I was in Banna.
