You would think that this particular restaurant would be the crème de l crème considering the home office is next door. Not so. Dirty facility, negligible service, and little to no pride of workplace. One of the worst I have been in. Have no desire to return there.

A good choice for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack. Desserts are great and the Smiley Cookie an area favorite. If your looking for a place to eat that is reasonably priced Eat'n Park is one to consider.

While visiting Pittsburgh, our extended family (party of 12) met at this Eat n Park for dinner. When we arrived, we told the Hostess how many people we had. She immediately set about putting tables together four our large group. We were seated within 5 minutes. Our Server - Jamie was absolutely fabulous. She was friendly, efficient and made sure... You can't go wrong with this well-established popular diner style restaurant. They have 2 great buffets daily -- breakfast and lunch/dinner. Everything prepared to a "T" and flavorful. Service is excellent and the servers are very attentive even when they are extremely busy which is always. You may have a 15-20 minute wait to be seated, but that is because... More

Went for breakfast and the buffet was sad, and poorly maintained. Food came out cold or luke warm. Fruits were of poor quality and the large lady in charge was tired of dealing with the crowd. She wanted to get off, was being over extended and told us repeatedly. What was to be a great family morning was soured by... More

It is what it is. A value place to eat around the clock. However, the service is a little slow and sometimes a little forgetful. But the prices a good and the food is tasty.

We tried this place on a recommendation from the hotel front desk. The breakfast prices were very cheap and you get a nice amount of food! My husband loved his stickies platter (a grilled cinnamon bun, eggs, bacon), my boys enjoyed smiley waffles and scrambled eggs. I had the homestyle potatoes, turkey sausage, fruit and sourdough toast. The turkey sausage... More

We got own rather late and did not want a big expensive meal. This was fine for what it was. Most of us had the pup and saladbar and one had the fish which he said was good.

My daughter and I were on the GAP and stopped here for a "quick" breakfast. We left 75 minutes later. We waited to be seated, waited to place our order, waited to be served, and even waited at the cash register to pay our bill. The food was fine once we got it but if you are in a hurry,... More
