The service was prompt and friendly. The food exceeded expectations. We plan to make return visits to try more of the menu.

This place should be given a try for anyone who likes Vietnamese food. We will be regulars given the variety of affordable choices. We have not tried anything "gourmet" but have been very happy with the food, service and prices. Thanks Saigon Harbor!
