You need to call ahead and make reservations. Also if you have a voucher for the free strawberries, you must tell them when making reservations or you may not get them. Joining their online club sends you an email for a free 6 pack box of delicious chocolate covered strawberries. I also got a voucher for my birthday. It's romantic,... More

If the Melting Pot hasn't been a place you've visited, you're missing out on a hidden treasure in Harrisburg, PA. While the experience is unique and the food is delectable, most importantly the service is EXCEPTIONAL. If you're someone who likes to be in and out, don't choose The Melting Pot on a day you have any time constraints. This... More

My husband and I have been to The Melting Pot for special occasions before, but on our last visit we took my parents. We all had a great time. Everyone ordered the Four Course Experience which includes a cheese fondue, a salad, your meat entrees, and dessert. My advice for first timers is to give yourselves time. With 2-4 people,... More

I have heard amazing things about The Melting Pot for YEARS but never tried it myself until one evening my hubby and I said spontaneously, "Let's try something new!" And The Melting Pot came to mind! So I called! They were very gracious when I called to make a reservation for in 15 minutes! We arrived and they had a... More

overpriced and underwhelmed. with the money they are saving on kitchen staff they should be able to do better. really quite bad and i'm surprised it's a hit with many. admittedly, it's a fun concept but sticking a piece of meat in a flavorless boil is not cooking. save your money and go ANYWHERE else.

My wife and I decided to splurge for Valentines Day this year and made a reservation to try this place. The server was pleasant and professional. The menu was limited due to the Valentine's Day event but it offered a nice sampling. My wife works in the restaurant industry and she was extremely impressed with the quality of the food.... More

So for years I have heard about how great the Melting Pot was, and my wife mentioned about going a few times, I knew it was quite expensive but it was our 3 year anniversary so I wanted to treat her. She can be a picky eater so I double checked their menu online and saw at least a few... More

My son was in town for college break and I wanted a place to have a long conversation. Hadn't been to the Melting Pot in a long time but had wanted to try out their new menu. They've added new types of cheese fondue and have an expanded range of near fondue to suit everything from vegans too hard core... More

I have been to this location probably more times then anyone has for the food with my wife and family. They know me as the only guy who always is buying champagne. So the owners make sure they have my Moët and Chandon at all times. I'd say I've been there on average about once a month for a few... More
