The dinor is a landmark in downtown Lawrence park. The atmosphere is friendly and the food ..no matter what you choose Is delicious. Passing thru the area, or living nearby, a meal here won't disappoint.

First time here food was awesome. Staff was very courteous. We liked it so much we're on our way back for our second visit. The Greek sauce is new to us!

This is an old style diner with great a great atmosphere. The menu had plenty of choices for a reasonable price. The gyros were great along with the pie for desert. Being able to see your meal being cooked at the counter was a treat....More

****NOTE ..we will be CLOSED SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 4, 2016 for family reasons GREAT Food, Great Prices, Friendly Staff, Clean Interior. Nostalgic 1948 Silk City diner (on the National Historic Registry) located in East Erie, Lawrence Park Township. Serving Breakfast from open till 11 am and Lunch 11 am to close. HOURS: Tuesday-Saturday 7 am to 3 pm. Sunday 8 am to 2 pm (serving from our Breakfast menu only on Sunday) Closed on Mondays.
