Small restaurant right in the middle of town. We had a bite to eat before the NYE Pickle drop. Don't forget to see some of the landmarks around. Check out my review on the NYE Pickle drop. Such a great time and fun town. Get the fried pickles!

This place is what you would call a "hidden gem" Their prices might not be as cheap as a chain restaurant but then you don't get that already pre cooked burger that is nasty. This is the place where you want to go on date night. The meals are cooked to order. We had 2 bison burger. She had the... More

We drive right by often on the way to DC. This is the place to go for a homemade burger. Forget the chains and diners!

Good place to eat in Dillsburg. My family has always been satisfied with the food; the fries and the Dillsburger get the top votes. It's a bit more expensive than a chain restaurant, but I'm willing to pay that little bit extra for the convenience and charm of a small town restaurant.

The Pickle Nickel is a local restaurant in Dillsburg, PA. They have been in business between 4 and 5 years. Their food is very good and staff excellent.

It is a very cute place and the food is cooked to order. The burgers are great, the milkshakes are a hit and the fries are like a boardwalk fry. The staff is very friendly although the one time we ordered a large burger and it took a very long time, others were served well ahead of us. Maybe it... More

The food has always been good, however when I went to order (using their website menu) I was told that most of the prices have changed and that their daily specials we're no longer valid. They said they had gotten rid of their specials (e.g. buy an order of fries on Thursday, get one for a nickle) over 6 months... More

Food was very good. I found the pickle nickel on trip advisor while finding somewhere new to eat. I recommend trying their buffalo burger. It was very good.

Stopped here for lunch on the way to Pine Grove State Park to hike the Appalachin trail. My BF had the Mushroom Swiss burger and I had the Pickle Nickle burger. Although we ordered medium rare...they came out extremely well done. The owner served us and was very friendly. Service was great. Small town feel. She knew the other customers... More

The Pickle Nickel is becoming a go-to place in town for those days you want to go out, want decent food but don't want to pay an arm and a leg. With the attached arcade, its very kid friendly and with a causal atmosphere. The menu is varied and is "home made" meaning its not a lot of processed, service... More
