The restaurant was recommended to me by a local person. Without my telling my husband he found the restaurant and enjoyed his meal and drink. Then we walked there two hours later and I ate lunch there. I had a wonderful unique salad and a...More

first, this is a brewery, with custom brews. I wanted something light, and their most popular "blonde" they were out of, and several in my party wanted it. Got an alternate, DID enjoy my alternate, but a new pineapple beer that I "tasted" (thanks for...More

The food was ok, and maybe it was my choice from the menu. Most people in our party of 24 (we caught the staff off guard) enjoyed their meal. The staff handled our large group well after a bit. There was a little snarkiness at...More

You have to try the pulled pork nachos. We were a little hesitant but man are they good. We would probably go back just for those. However, everything we had there was excellent. Great service as well. Well worth a visit.

I can't remember why we chose it, but we went to Old Forge with some reservations (the mental kind). We were pleasantly surprised. Patrick, our waiter was excellent, by the way. I had a sirancha/blue cheese bacon burger. I weight 3 lbs. more as punishment....More

Old Forge Brewing Company hosts an Open Jam on the first Sunday of each month, (5-7) hosted by the talented Tim Latshaw. For 3 hours you can enjoy local talent, savory food, and an excellent selection of craft beers!

Description
FORGED BY HAND. CRAFTED WITH PRIDE.

We opened our doors in 2008 with a few goals in mind:
- to make the best beer and food possible
- to utilize local business, artisans, farmers, and craftsmen whenever possible
- to never sacrifice quality for growth

Despite the challenges and obstacles along the way, we’ve done a pretty good job sticking to those principles. Going local isn’t always easy, but it’s worth the extra time, money, and effort. It’s better for the community, the local economy, and in the end, all of us. Doing things the right way, rather than the quick way, or cheaper way, is how we operate. It’s real. It’s authentic. It’s Old Forge Brewing Company.
When you crack open a can of fresh Old Forge beer or sit at our locally made 500 year old oak bar top, be assured you are in the midst of an authentic American craft beer experience.
