I went to Prudhomme's with high hopes. I love Cajun food. The gumbo was terrible. The jambalaya was just so-so. The only thing that was good and made this meal rating average instead of poor was the frog legs which were very good.

I went there expecting to have some black beans and rice New Orleans style but was disappointed. The service was gruff, the food was rough. I won't be returning.

We've eaten here before and had much better food, but our last visit was disappointing. The food was okay, but nothing special. It was rather blase, which is not how we first experienced Prudhomme's Lost Cajun Kitchen.

I really enjoyed the food, raring to go back and try more of the menu. I started off with the sauteed gator tail. Very tender with lots of garlic, onions and peppers. Far superior to any gator I've had before. Then I had an excellent...More
