I have eaten here a number of times, the food is very good. The buffet is well stocked and hot! The molasses cookies for dessert were very good!

I’ve visited this restaurant many times... most recently a Saturday afternoon in late January. On weekends, I prefer to visit mid afternoon on Saturdays after the lunch rush is winding down & before the supper rush begins. It is a large family restaurant . I...More

I love eating at the Bird in Hand Family Restaurant when I am in the Amish Country. My most recent two visits in November and December did not disappoint. The food always tastes fresh and is made from locally sourced ingredients. I have never eaten...More

This place had a great buffet. I am not even a buffet person. I avoid them at all cost but this one was exceptional. The best thing was baked french toast - AMAZING!

First time there, went for the New Years Day Smorgasbord for traditional Pork & sauerkraut dinner. The staff was very friendly, we were seated immediately. Our waitress Karen was super nice and so helpful. The food was delicious, seasoned perfectly, hot, and cooked to perfection....More

Our family had a Christmas outing here while in Lancaster. We were there for dinner- I would encourage the buffet. Very reasonable- $20 per person and definitely a huge variety to catch every pallet. Food was very fresh, hot and delicious. The dessert bar was...More
