I occasionally have to go to Harrisburg for business, I have stopped at your diner 3 times in a row. I always get breakfast, the food is very good, the waitresses are excellent and very polite. I get my check and go up to pay the young girl, about 20 years old. she greets me by saying nothing, and gives... More

Lousy food - canned vegetables, worst meatloaf i've ever had, chicken was cold in the middle. Horribly inadequate.

Good choice for a stretch and a bite to eat. Friendly service and simple comfort food. Not fine dining, but a good clean diner with lots of choices. Good coffee. Try the apple dumpling-mmm...

I've been stopping here for more than 35 years. Never had a bad meal. They serve breakfast all day long. Try the scrapple.

Midway between Allentown and Harrisburg, we stopped for lunch. I had an excellent hot roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy==just like in my childhood. We left with several of their delicious pies--shoefly and peanut butter and several books on Amish cooking. They also sell Apple Vinegar/Calcium tablets and Bee pollen tablets.

Local home cooking in a generous portion. Big windows let the sunshine in. Friendly waitress and cashier. Great way to start the day! Conveniently located off I-78. Large parking area for our RV.

Between Harrisburg and Allentown lies this large diner that has been open for business for years. I've travelled past this diner many, many times and recently was called to a meeting there. Large and spacious in side, there is plenty of room to enjoy a meal. The service is good and the food is good as well but is little... More

I have driven past this diner literally more than 100 times. I was returning from a long road trip and decided to give The Midway Diner a try for dinner. I was traveling alone and noticed all the tractor trailers in the parking lot when I pulled in. I hesitated if I should eat there or move on. But, I... More
