We love Clock Tower Ales for lunch. Food and drinks are always great and service is excellent, even when they are slammed like the last time with a major bike event in the Gorge.

Had a dinner and lunch at Clock Tower with preteen boys. Generous Caesar chicken wrap /choice of side for one boy. Delish nachos for another and french dip with fresh salad for other. I had a tasty cup of clam chowder and a big half of turkey sandwich on rye. Dinner was prime rib, pasta and sliced steak sandwich. Lively,... More

Friday night, St. Patrick's Day, live Irish music and a wonderful beer list - needless to say we felt a bit blessed to score a great booth, great food, great beer and SUPERIOR service (from a guy named Killian). Appetizers were yummy, corned beef & cabbage tasted like someone's Irish grandma cooked it - and our beer selections were excellent... More

Started off a bit rough. The staff in the bar seemed to be too busy talking to greet new tables. We waited a solid 10 minutes, maybe 15 before we were given menus. One table ended up leaving before they were helped. Once we had a server the service was great. Friendly, good wine, good happy hour food. Would love... More

Walking distance form The Dalles Inn. Went in on a Saturday night and was seated right away. Very friendly service and the food was great. Everything was quick and hot. Felt like if this place was in Seattle or Portland we would have waited a hour just to get in. Beer selection was really nice. I'm a vegetarian and they... More

We stayed at the Dalles Inn and walked over here for dinner/drinks on our road trip. This place was really neat, had an outdoor patio. It was beautiful out for May, 90 degrees! We are from Duluth, MN so this was quite the surprise to us that it could be this nice here in May. They had a large selection... More

Mixed crowed, can be loud at times. Good selection of micro brews. Children would not have a good time. Staff friendly, and knowledgeable of ales and food. Burgers are good which is funny, Burgerville directly across the street

Description
Clock Tower Ales is a new pub in The Dalles, Oregon. They offer pizza, salads, sandwiches, wraps and many appetizers. They are working on their own brews but until they perfect them they offer many wonderful brews, all on tap. It's a bright and happy place with great pizza and beer. The bartender, a friendly young lady, was happy to discuss local fishing and other recreational opportunities in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our pizza and our visit to Clock Tower Ales. We will definitely be back the next time we pass through. Really fun place.
