I went here with three friends for the first time. The restaurant was freezing!! I have an allergy to garlic and asked right away what dishes can be prepared without garlic. There were very few options. I ordered the classic flat bread. They brought out my friend's pasta dishes and then told me the flat bread could not be prepared... More

Four of us (women) were first to be seated in the room where we ate. Waiter dropped off menus, brought water, promised bread. Then another group was seated and a couple. Since Legislature is in session, maybe the couple were "important" people because they (and the 2nd table) got all the attention. In fact, their orders were taken and their... More

We had a nice semi-private room near the back of the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and focused on our every need. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was very conducive to conversation. Great downtown location for theatre-goers or just a night out. Tasty round of desserts for everybody to try made a perfect ending to our evening.

We had a wonderful dinner here the other night! Our waiter was wonderful and helpful... as usual. This place has been consistent for 20 years! We love it.

It was busy but not crowded on the day after Valentine's Day (when I bet this romantic little place was swamped!) Our waiter was very nice and very informative. I had a crisp local Pinot Grigio while we waited for our Caesar Wedge (we were a little surprised by the anchovy fillet on top, lol.) The dark wood paneling draws... More

Four of us went on a busy Saturday night. Dinner was delicious and I had the mussels, shrimp and clams tossed in angel hair pasta. Heavenly. Our server Nate was busy but didn't overlook us. He knew wines well. Always great seeing the owner Mo, who treats most like family.

I wish it was open for lunch again but have to deal with dinner only! Always good. Service is good to great..atmosphere is good, very comfortable settings, live music with dinner too on occasion. Wine lists are good, full service Bar as well. Price points reasonable but not 'cheap' either. Dinner is usually very good too! enjoy this location a... More

I am not a huge eater, but I had the clams/mussels appetizer. WOW. The sauce was just amazing and addicting. I tasted the different pastas, very good. The dinner was reasonably priced and for a table of 9, with lots of wine... yes, lots of very good Oregon Pinot Noir... I was pleasantly surprised.

This downtown icon has atmosphere but the menu needs a redo. My Caesar salad was a Costco head of romaine lettuce sitting on a plate like a green bullet shaped silo with dressing & anchovies on the side. Had I known I was going to have to cut up & toss my own salad I would have stayed home. The... More
