Fried chicken is boneless. Also didn't see a waffle option in the menu. That said I think that the brisket may be an even better option. Also ask your server to help pick a great craft beer to go with your meal.

My belly was hugged, tugged, and gently comforted. If you love soul food I highly recommend the Screen Door. The fried chicken dinner is served with 2 large pieces of meat (breast and thigh), collard greens and a side of mash potatoes. Instead of the...More
Excellent fried chicken and gumbo. There was a wait, but it was worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Cute little place, and reasonably priced. Great flavor combo and very large portions.

My son and I visited Screen Door after reading that they serve Bananas Foster French Toast. There was about a 20-minute wait at 9am on Memorial weekend Monday, which we didn't think was bad at all. We ended up getting the Praline Bacon (big strips...More
I don't like giving 5 stars because then everyone will want to come and the wait will get longer. That said, I'd wait for the shrimp and grits! Excellent food awaits!
