Really nice outdoor garden garden areas to sit in. They produce a lot of their own food, so everything tasted really fresh. Best breakfast potatoes ever. Service was good. This is a place you should check out.

We ate outside on a very hot day. Nice wine selection and appetizers were very good. I was not overly impressed with my dish, although my wife loved her's. I thought it was pretty pricey for what you got.
Beautiful restaurant with a a fabulous outside patio. Tasty, fresh local cuisine- some of it grown on their own farm. Very fresh and excellently prepared. We had the chicken and the steak- I would recommend either. A little bit on the spendy side, but great...More

I like to go to Meriwether's whenever I come to Portland. The food is consistently excellent. We couldn't eat outdoors due to weather this time, but the indoors was not really very noisy, which made it so much easier to talk. If you're going with...More
The hot dog was delicious nestled in a bed of sauerkraut and onions on a crusty bakery bun. The French fries were from fresh potatoes so were limp and soggy. Service was prompt and friendly. The chicken salad was enhanced with asparagus on focaccia bread....More
Met another couple at Meriwether's for brunch. Weather cooperated so we experienced delightful ambiance outside on their covered patio. Gardens are inviting as was the water fountain in the center. And our omelets were scrumptious. Definitely a 'winner' for quiet brunch with friends.
