Caesar salad - so salty it was not edible had to send it back. Their explanation was that the dressing was made the original way with anchovies and raw eggs. I've had many Caesar's made with anchovies and eggs, but never where the anchovies so...More

My wife had one of the best ribeyes ever, and I had a great Caesar salad and short ribs. Service and staff were very friendly and the fire table was fun to eat at. What a pleasant surprise.

Breakfast tends to be pretty generic; however, my eggs were perfect, the sausage links delicious, and the fried potatoes had just the right seasoning and crustiness. Excellent coffee also (it is Oregon after all).

Visited to have breakfast. Ordered ham and cheese breakfast sandwich on a bagel. Wife ordered quiche. There were only 2 other groups in restaurant. Both meals came out cold. Had visited before but only to have coffee. Cold food, poor service, do not recommend.

Local favorite, offering classic dishes such as Shrimp Diablo. The PCB & Bistro offers the only dry aged steak in town and the freshest seafood. The Coffee Crusted Rib-Eye and the Day Boat Scallops are not to be missed! Chef Chad De Young applies his eclectic culinary experience to traditional (and not so traditional) ingredients with artfully presented results.
