Pelican Brewing is a local favorite in Pacific City. It is located on a lovely beach with a giant “haystack” type rock distant in the ocean and in view of sandstone cliffs. There is outdoor seating for the drier warmer days, but we were there...More

Tasty food, excellent beer. But shoes and shirt required?! For a place you can walk right off the sand into that is bizarre. Guys, if you don't want to be a beach bar, move a few blocks inland and leave the excellent beach location for...More

A short, beautiful drive from Lincoln City led us to the Pelican. We enjoyed their BBQ hamburgers, and a Bloody Mary for me! The location and view are superb, the food pretty good (but expensive), and the service only so-so. We will come back again...More

We randomly walked into this Brewery after visiting the beach. It was family friendly and let me tell you, HOLY COW. My son ordered their kid's Salmon and it was amazing. My wife and I shared a flatbread, which was also really good. We did...More

We had excellent service! Food was to die for- I had the crab Mac n cheese and the kids menu had lots of options. The view is priceless as well.

We visit the Pelican each time we are close to Pacific City! The fish tacos, fish and chips are some of the best on the menu!

Great view! Best in the area but that's about it. Over priced food of poor quality. It's trying to be something that it's not. The restaurant itself is dark and depressing. Clam chowder is mediocre. I have no interest in going there ever again.

We sat and waited for someone to wait on us for 20 minutes and finally left without being served. Not good.

I would say abit pricey. 2 adults 2 kids 90usd for salads and burgers not t-bone steaks.... Especially overpriced with respect to the interior and furniture.

Description
This is where it all started back in 1996. Envisioned by three inspired founders, a little run-down beachfront building began its transformation into the international icon it is today. The only beachfront brewpub in the Pacific Northwest, this inviting establishment welcomes guests with tantalizing beer cuisine, intimate brewery tours and, arguably, the most incredible beach patio experience around. Gaze in awe at Oregon’s largest Haystack Rock. Watch the surfers. See the sun set. Order another beer.
