Excellent and very authentic tamales. Beans and rice were delicious and would totally recommend this place!

The review you hate to write......but a necessary one! This restaurant is the unique one that should be a cornerstone of Milwaukie that people come over the bridge to eat at it. It should be the talk of the town and word of mouth should...More
Charles is an idiosyncratic and delightful host. He made us great margaritas during the Saturday closing time and grilled asparagus topped with juicy grilled shrimp. All delicious. There's nothing cookie-cutter about this place - it's an original. Try it!
use to be a good place to go but it has lost that certain something that made it. Food a little on the spendy side and realy not that great
You go here tomales are the thing to order. These were OK. I guess I have been spoiled by others that I have gotten that were much better. The service was very good and the place was not crowded or had a wait to be...More
Hadn't been in quite a while, nothing fancy about this place, still serving up generous portions of genuine Mexican food, friendly staff, great menu, enjoy!
For authentic Mexican Food, this is the best place to go! Great food and well worth the money! Not all Mexican food tastes the same, thank goodness, because the cooks, aren't all from Mexico, in many establishments! This one is delicious and is prepared by...More
I went to the Manzanita Farmer's Market for a tamale. The elderly gentleman was one of the most rude people I've encountered. Not only did he cut me off twice, he then pointed his finger up at me and said "wait". When I asked for...More
Not worth it! $57.00 a dozen!!! Seriously! We're from L.A. where the most delicious tamales are $1.00 each. $10.00 a dozen! The tamales here are tasty, good masa...but defiantly not worth the excessive price. We won't be back. :(
One great experience for people that want some "homemade Tamales"... They are still at the farmers markets... they presence will be missed.
