Crescent Cafe was started in 2007 as a local, family-owned restaurant focused on serving quality breakfast and brunch. We strive to serve the freshest, seasonal ingredients and create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere for our guests. Our bread and pastries are baked fresh daily and our menu rotates often, so there is always something new to try! We are open 7 days a week and serve breakfast and lunch Monday-Friday from 7:00am-2:00pm and brunch Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am-2:00pm. We serve beer and wine and are well known for our Mimosas!

We asked our waitperson at dinner what she would suggest for eating breakfast the next day. She immediately said Cresent Cafe. She then returned later with a short list that people in the kitchen suggested and again, Cresent Cafe was at the top of the list.
THEY WERE RIGHT!
I had hash with poached eggs. Chunky hash with onions and peppers with two perfectly poached eggs. A homemade bisquet was a fabulous match. My wife had their omlette which was topped with artfully placed slices of green onion, kernals of corn and tomatoes. Her hashbrowns were hot and moist with a crunchy crust. Coffee was hot, rich and delicious.
A true breakfast place.

The Crescent Café sits towards the far end of third Street in McMinnville which is full of nice little restaurants and shops. It is a wonderful part of town, and in 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the city shut down third Street on weekends to make it available for on street and outdoor dining. We took advantage of this a number of times walking to town for breakfast at the Crescent Café. The food is fresh, hot and delicious and if you arrive early enough they will prepare wonderful pastries but get there early because they sell out. The cinnamon roll is to die for! Prices are very reasonable for the quality and the coffee is the same quality you might get at a high-end coffee shop. Service is also very friendly and attentive.

First visit to Crescent Cafe. Took mom for a day-before-Mother’s Day breakfast. Saturday at 10:30 a.m. means a short wait of 15 minutes. The host took my name and cell number and called when my table was ready. Just enough time to browse the cute neighbor shops! The staff at Crescent are exceptional! The servers are kind, attentive and efficient. Mom had smoked salmon Benedict and I had the scramble of the day with homemade toast, check out the perfect crust on my hash browns! Delicious meal complimented by a bustling yet well managed atmosphere and thoughtful staff. Can’t wait to come again!

I’ve been going to this restaurant since 2009 but will not be going back. It has changed dramatically over the past 14 years. I’m used to there being long waits to be seated, but that is now coupled with long waits to have orders placed and long waits until food actually arrives at your table. On my last visit, my friend and I had only actually been eating our food for about 30 minutes when our server began hovering over our table and finally said there were other people waiting to be seated. And forget about niceties such as “how is your meal” or “can I refill your coffee”. Nope. It was all about how fast they could turn tables. I’m so, so sad, because this used to be the best place in McMinnville - as well as the entire county - for breakfast. I’ve given them positive reviews in the past and recommended them highly to friends and relatives. No more.

This was our second time at Crescent Cafe and both times have been exceptional. Today the service was outstanding - we were seated promptly (after being asked if we preferred inside or outside), the daily specials were described and coffee & water were provided quickly. They bake all their own breads which made my wife's choice of French Toast an easy one for her. I ordered the 3-egg omelette special with a buttermilk biscuit and marionberry jam. Should have asked for a two-egg omelette!! It was enormous and very, very good.
Special recognition for the extraordinary service we received.

First things, first! A couple of cups of the robust, eye-opening coffee.
My husband ordered the Breakfast Special, which was an
Open-Faced Omelet
(Crumbled bacon, bleu cheese, pear and caramelized onions on a bed of fluffy eggs. Housemade cornmeal bread toast and hashbrowns.)
I ordered 3 Crepes, I ate one and found it too sweet for breakfast. Boxed it up for later.
(Filled with lemon whipped cream and drizzled on top, a lemon syrup with fresh lemon zest and citrus sugar.) Later, that night in our hotel, we finished off the crepes. And they were spectacular!

Disappointed with n the quality of food.
We were looking forward to having breakfast at the crescent cafe as we had a nice experience previously. This visit food came out Luke worm the potatoes probably from the previous day or we prepared much earlier .
They do lot offer omelettes for breakfast.

Cute downtown Cafe with outdoor seating. Our server, Shane was a delight. The coffee is locally roasted and delicious. The breakfasts are good sized and not at all greasy. Fresh baked breads and pastries are icing on the cake.

Dining at the Crescent Cafe for breakfast each morning during our recent stay in McMinnville was truly, a highlight each day during our time in Oregon. Everything we tried on the menu was fantastic and we loved the fact that they had special/feature entrees that change out regularly. Also, the coffee was amazing (and bottomless), and the juice was definitely fresh-squeezed. The vibe of the restaurant is "small-town diner" atmosphere, which we LOVED. We both commented that this would definitely become our go-to restaurant for breakfast if we lived there. However, the best thing about our experience each morning was dining in Suzette's section! Suzette was truly amazing. She was so welcoming, armed with great suggestions, and you could tell that she really loved being there each morning. So, ask for Suzette's section the next time you go!

Met family here for breakfast on our way to Banks. The staff seated us right away and took our drink orders (Coffee) and after a few minutes took our orders. Daily Egg Special (open face omelette with ham), Breakfast Sandwich (egg, cheese and ham) cooked like a grilled cheese sandwich, Bacon Prov Crepes and Two egg Breakfast. We all had the Kentucky style potato’s which has cheese and onions baked to perfection. All the meals were fabulous and served as ordered and hot. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
They have some antique tables with a bar at the bottom between the legs which makes it difficult to stretch your legs out if needed.
We will return soon!!

We stopped here on our way home from the coast to have some breakfast and we were very pleasantly surprised. The food was outstanding as well as the service and atmosphere in this place. Much as already been written about the breakfast menu items available and trust us, you won't go wrong with anything you order here. We will be back real soon!!!

Words that start with E that describe our breakfast this morning at the Crescent Cafe with friends, Exceptional, Excellent, Extraordinary. There are many others but to keep it brief, the service was Exceptional, the atmosphere was Excellent it was like sitting in a quaint kitchen nook and certainly not last or least was the food which in a word was Extraordinary. Highly recommend experiencing for yourself our gotta go to place for breakfast or lunch in historic downtown McMinnville. And lastly they sure put the “H” in the holidays.
We’ll see you next time we’re in town in a couple of months.

Had a fantastic breakfast with my wife this AM. The menu has a great deal of variety and is executed perfectly. The service was phenomenal. Perfect blend of grace and fun. Server asked us to come back tomorrow. The restaurant is a couple of hours from where we live but we will drive 2 hours for this experience. This time, we just happened to be in McMinnville so found it while walking around in the morning.

Bread was amazing, jelly amazing, potatoes amazing. Just great fresh breakfast well worth it!!! It's always good to start your day off with a yummy breakfast, leave the greasy food for the younger people who can handle the cholesterol and fat. Eat well.

We have eaten here for a few years and can count on consistently good food and service. The menu changes seasonally and the pancakes of the day are not to be missed. The corn grits with scallions deserves special mention because it is not the mushy mess that one would usually expect. It is instead a delicious, flavorful polenta cake with fresh scallions.
