We were driving from Portland to the coast and stopped in McMinnville for lunch. We were so happy that we chose to eat here. We ate outside, and the weather was perfect. The food was also excellent. Totally recommend the fried cornmeal!!!

Bread was amazing, jelly amazing, potatoes amazing. Just great fresh breakfast well worth it!!! It's always good to start your day off with a yummy breakfast, leave the greasy food for the younger people who can handle the cholesterol and fat. Eat well.
Stopped on route at McMinnville and had such here. The lady serving was so friendly and accomodating. The food was delicious and the portions immense. What more can you ask for?
First visit to Crescent Cafe. Took mom for a day-before-Mother’s Day breakfast. Saturday at 10:30 a.m. means a short wait of 15 minutes. The host took my name and cell number and called when my table was ready. Just enough time to browse the cute...neighbor shops! The staff at Crescent are exceptional! The servers are kind, attentive and efficient. Mom had smoked salmon Benedict and I had the scramble of the day with homemade toast, check out the perfect crust on my hash browns! Delicious meal complimented by a bustling yet well managed atmosphere and thoughtful staff. Can’t wait to come again!More
Had a fantastic breakfast with my wife this AM. The menu has a great deal of variety and is executed perfectly. The service was phenomenal. Perfect blend of grace and fun. Server asked us to come back tomorrow. The restaurant is a couple of hours...from where we live but we will drive 2 hours for this experience. This time, we just happened to be in McMinnville so found it while walking around in the morning.More
Great food and great service. Gluten free friendly. Very reasonable prices. Our server was attentive and has a great attitude. Thanks!
Disappointed with n the quality of food. We were looking forward to having breakfast at the crescent cafe as we had a nice experience previously. This visit food came out Luke worm the potatoes probably from the previous day or we prepared much earlier ....They do lot offer omelettes for breakfast.More
We had lunch here on Memorial Day. Not much was open. They had good food, excellent service, and we were able to get out of the sun.
The Crescent Café sits towards the far end of third Street in McMinnville which is full of nice little restaurants and shops. It is a wonderful part of town, and in 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the city shut down third Street on...weekends to make it available for on street and outdoor dining. We took advantage of this a number of times walking to town for breakfast at the Crescent Café. The food is fresh, hot and delicious and if you arrive early enough they will prepare wonderful pastries but get there early because they sell out. The cinnamon roll is to die for! Prices are very reasonable for the quality and the coffee is the same quality you might get at a high-end coffee shop. Service is also very friendly and attentive.More
We asked our waitperson at dinner what she would suggest for eating breakfast the next day. She immediately said Cresent Cafe. She then returned later with a short list that people in the kitchen suggested and again, Cresent Cafe was at the top of the...list. THEY WERE RIGHT! I had hash with poached eggs. Chunky hash with onions and peppers with two perfectly poached eggs. A homemade bisquet was a fabulous match. My wife had their omlette which was topped with artfully placed slices of green onion, kernals of corn and tomatoes. Her hashbrowns were hot and moist with a crunchy crust. Coffee was hot, rich and delicious. A true breakfast place.More
We were staying in McMinnville for our wine tasting trip in the Willamette valley. We went to Crescent Cafe before a day of tasting and it exceeded expectations. I had the savory crepes which I’d never had anything like it before. So delicious! We also...had a cinnamon roll to start. We got there around 8:30 on a Saturday and had no wait. But it definitely started to fill up while we were there and there was a wait by the time we left. Highly recommend it!More
So many good selections and a nice quiet time with family or friends. Try the French Toast or eggs to order or well you know what you like and what ever you order will be great.
I took some old friends out to breakfast and decided on Crescent Cafe because of all the good reviews. The wait time was going to be 30 minutes so since it was cold outside and there is very little room inside to wait we decided...to venture down Third St. and get coffee at Union Block. When we went back to Crescent Cafe and got seated the waitress in a not so polite fashion told us we had to finish the drinks immediately as they do not allow outside food or beverages. First of all I get the food issue but waiting outside on a cold morning that’s another deal. Maybe they could have a sign posted stating their policy, or offer coffee like other nicer establishments do when there is a long wait time. It was difficult to decide upon a breakfast item since a lot of items sounded a bit bready. It’s not low carb friendly. Two of us had the special omelette and it was dry with very little cheese. My wife had the crepes and they were too thick and chewy. Neither of us would get the menu item again. The biggest hit was the stuffed French toast but unfortunately was very sweet. The whole experience was just mediocre so I doubt we will go back.More
Stopped in for breakfast one Sunday and had a great meal. Went with the daily scramble special with the homemade raisin grain toast. Delicious. Husband had scrambled egg crepes with balsamic drizzle and they were delicious too. Started with the coffee cake which was great...too. Staff was very nice.More
A quaint little cafe right on third street. A good variety of breakfast options well prepared with great service. Provided gluten free options for my celiac wife. Came back a send time it was so delicious.
