Always a great pizza! Always...

We moved to the area a few years ago and were thrilled to find a pizza restaurant that has amazing pizza. Every time we have ordered, we say how awesome it is! Thank you Mickey's!

Pizza= Great/Customer Service= Awful

My family loves the pizza and anytime you call expect to be put on long hold times OR they let the phone ring off the hook. When I was finally able to place my order of course it was loud. I picked up our pizza...drove home and our pizza was not correct (I know I should have checked). We asked for a couple of additional toppings. and when I called the Manager/Owner made it seem like it was my fault and that I never asked for them. (hmmmmm maybe you just didn't listen). His solution was for me to come down and they would give me the toppings on the side. Yes, let me drive down there for you to give me some toppings so I drive home and add the cold uncooked topping to my already cold pizza. After personally being in customer service for 25+ years..... this is not the way to treat your customers. Again, the pizza is great and my family loves it. I rated it so low overall cause customer service is a big part of any business making it through.More

Poor customer relations

Okay. I almost never write reviews but couldn't let this one pass. We ordered a pizza from these guys tonight and since we know that they are generally light on the cheese we ordered it with extra cheese. The pizza arrived with almost no cheese...on it. It appeared that they had read it as light cheese instead of extra. We called to let them know about the lack of cheese and they insisted that they had added extra cheese. We've ordered from them many times so know that that pizza did not have even the normal amount of cheese. Won't be ordering from them again and not because of a mistake but because they insisted that they had added extra cheese. You lost our business guys.More

I think I like Domino’s better 🤷🏼‍♀️

If you’re looking for a delicious cheesy pizza, this isn’t the place. I don’t want to say the food was bad, but it honestly was average at best, in my opinion. I ordered their version of a supreme pizza. There were loads of slightly cooked...veggies on top, average amount of meat, and barely any cheese, no exaggeration, and that’s my favorite part! So I guess if you’re lactose intolerant, this place is perfect! For the price, I’d order Domino’s next time. Sorry guys 😕More

Great food and cool vibes

Mikey’s looks like a hole in the wall, and is decorated wall to wall with beer signs, Oregon state paraphernalia, and arcade games. The staff is laid back but very friendly and helpful. We had the fetarator pizza and it was one of the best...pizzas I’ve ever had. I would definitely come here again.More

I Love Pizza!

Pizza has to rank up there in the top three for favorite foods for me. Being from the northeast, I'm probably hard on reviewing pizza, but with that said, I think that it's safe to say that Mikey's is the best pizza in McMinnville. I...had the Tombstone Pizza, loaded with meats. It was delicious. They don't skimp on toppings, including cheese, and the crust is pretty good. Also, the sauce seems decent and a proper amount was on the pizza. If I could talk them into creating a sourdough crust, I think that they would have the perfect pizza.More
