An Amish bakery with fresh rolls and desserts for eat in or take out. When guests are coming it's the best place to buy baked goods and a quiet place for a coffee break!

If you are looking for sweets or breads or any baked goods this is the place to go. They have lots to tempt your sweet tooth. Although they serve clam chowder on Friday they are not a restaurant.

If there is ever a chance for you to stop at this wonderful bakery, please make it happen. When you do, the must have is the cinnamon rolls and maple twist. I have tried almost everything they have and have not been disappointed. The only down fall to this wonderful little house is its only open on Fridays and Saturdays.... More

Don't eat here - unless you like delicious, fresh baked pastries served by warm, friendly folks in a clean, cozy, cute little shop. Just passing through on our way to Bend, we stopped to check it out. Super friendly family members stuffed us with sample after sample - until we couldn't eat anymore! Then we bought one of everything to... More

Thankfully we live in Madras and know these folks personally. They are the nicest people and this is the best bakery I have ever been in. Whenever company comes to stay we make sure we make a visit there on Fri or Sat to pick some delicious Maple twist bars, and the hubby's fav whoopee Bars. Oh my goodness. Our... More

Description
We heard about this bakery while dining at a local mexican restaurant. Open Friday from 8 to 5 and Saturday from 8 to 2. The bakery is inside a cottage style home that has been fixed up so cute and clean. We were greeted by the owner and his niece and offered to try fresh cherries from Kimberley, Oregon when we entered. They have bakery items for breakfast and lunch: ham & cheese rolls, cinnamon rolls, cinnamon pull aparts and I saw a sign saying they have biscuits and gravy. They also have cinnamon bread, garlic bread and a few other kinds. We were offered to try the whoppie pies, I had chocolate and my husband had the lemon, very fresh and tasty. We bought the turnovers, apple and marionberry, snickerdoodle cookies and bread pudding. If you are heading north turn left before reaching the Erickson market. If heading south they have a small sign on the corner. We split a marionberry turnover and the crust is amazing, the best we have had in Central Oregon. They also have pies and much more. A great place to stop before heading to the lake or into the mountains.
