We stopped here for an early dinner with our kids on our way home from Portland. It was very slow on a weeknight. You order at the counter when you walk in and seat yourself. The burgers are huge and absolutely delicious. I enjoyed one...of their signatures beers and my kids enjoyed the non alcoholic butter beer. There are lot of beer, cider & seltzer options, as well as cocktails. The service was quick. We would stop here again!More

They had a great variety of beer and cider. They also had great burgers and sliders. They have great variety of seating too. Good location and friendly staff. Worth a try if you are in Eugene!

I enjoyed the stout beer and the food was very good. You order at the counter and the food comes out fairly quickly. Came here during a business trip.

We arrived at 7p on a Saturday and even though they were only about half full, they said it would be 35 a minute wait for food. As we discussed whether to go elsewhere, a family of 4 came in and placed orders, and that...sent our wait time to 1 hour. We decided to stay and wait it out, not realizing that it would actually be 90 (NINETY) minutes, for burgers, in a place that was not full. Definitely the most inexplicably long wait for food I have experienced outside of New Orleans during Jazz Fest. They do have a lot of games and tv's to keep you occupied, the food is ok once it arrives, and the beer is very good. If you are a UO parent visiting your child and want to spend the maximum amount of time with them, I would recommend bringing them here. Otherwise, just no.More

Definitely not your standard restaurant or bar. It seemed to be three levels with a unique floor design with different stuffed animal trophies all about. While there one of the current Oregon Ducks defensive lineman had come in to dine. Sco Ducks! You order then...find yourself a table then the food comes to you. The only downside to that can be waiting for a refill of some great brew while your food sits after being delivered. There was a sign that they were short handed and the girl behind the counter was friendly and was working hard but if it was a busier night there could have been major backup. We started with the cheese curds that came with the most awesome blackberry honey mustard sauce. Also a giant Bavarian pretzel. For our mains we went with a rueben and a burger that were both served with the best homemade potato chips I’ve ever had. Very cool place. Definitely give them a try while your in town.More

I was extremely disappointed, must read, Extremely long wait time for the items ordered, I ordered Red beans & rice, small $6.99 & sm Collard greens$ 5.99 both had to already be done,my friend ordered Tri Tip steak & cheese,@$12+,only served with potato chips? Menu,...doesn't specify what you get with your choice, I GOT EXACTLY CUP OF BEANS MIXED WITH LITTLE RICE, & 1CUP OF COLLARD GREENS! BOTH HAD A SLICE OF CORN BREAD,nothing more. My friends Aju sauce dish wasn't much smaller than my dish. For basically 7$+6$=13 dollars I was given a cup literally of each. I decided to capture the dish size & review after the fact, sorry but you can see why I'm disappointed. I wont return to wait for 30 min or 1cup portions. It was mediocre not bad but not great, food was extremely salty. Oh I recieved zero ham in my dish but could taste it.More

Walked over from nearby hotel. Was weird to find a table and then go to place oder. Staff was not very helpful. Fairly large portions of food, but not the best quality. I felt the pork rinds were the best part of our meal. We...ordered the Reuben, 3 sliders and beer cheese. Beer was ok. Asked for a to go box and was ignored. Probably wont return. I understand Covid has changed and made things more difficult, but also feel that it should increase customer service.More

Nothing is more uncomfortable than seeing over-worked staff suffer while the owner drinks at the bar and chats with regulars. We waited 40 minutes and watched as very few people got food, three tables were left dirty almost the entire time we waited, and everyone...looked pretty exhausted. We would have waited longer, but my friend pointed out a sign in the window saying it was OK to not wear a mask and essentially they wouldn’t ask you to do it, and they asked you to not ask any of their employees to wear masks too. They cite some language about medical conditions, but the sign basically says the exemptions can apply to anyone so just forget about the mandate. It was really gross to imaging eating food from a place with that attitude, so we boogied. The whole experience was baffling and uncomfortable. Plenty of other great breweries in town.More

We’ve been going here for some time. Elkhorn food is great... and the service is usually pretty good. There have been some inconsistencies in the past, but they’ve been doing a great job during the pandemic. Great beers and excellent ciders. The current staffing has...been helpful, and pleasant in the COVID affected operations of restaurants. (Except for the limited seating, I can’t complain) And to the gal who had a salad “cancelled,” when she ordered thru Grub Hub... please consider that it was likely the Grub Hub driver who cancelled your order... I watched it happen at another restaurant during the “only take out” days. The driver rejected the pick-up, because her first order came out, so she took off with one order, in hopes that someone else would pick up the order. The second order came out two minutes after she left, and sat there getting cold. I don’t know if anyone ever come and picked it up, but it made me think twice about Grub Hub ordering.More

The food was incredible! The dining room and bathroom were very clean. I couldn’t decide what to order so I chose the Trio sliders platter. It came with a burger, chicken, and BBQ pork slider. The fries were crazy awesome and come with a sauce...that was like a ranch dill sauce. My coworkers ordered the BLAT (bacon, lettuce, avocado, and tomato) sandwich and chicken sandwich. They said both were amazing! We didn’t order beer but it seemed popular. Can’t wait to go back.More

Our First visit to the Elk Horn was great. We found this place to be a lively gathering establishment. The football game was on the big screen TV sets. Folks were cheering for their teams and there was definitely a friendly rivalry happening. The service...was outstanding for the very busy evening. The waiter and waitress were both friendly and efficient. The food was well prepared and served hot and quickly. They have a very wide variety of beer and wine offerings. We chose a couple of different beers each. They were served cold and we both thought our selections were tasty. We found the prices reasonable and definitely look forward to returning for another date night.More
