El Bajio was a charming little restaurant with friendly owners greeting and waiting on you. The food was authentic and delicious. I would return if I am ever in Enterprise again.

Leo and his wife run a great restaurant that feels instantly welcoming and genuine from the time you enter. They really do make you feel at home. Chips are served with two kinds of salsa and refried beans. The meals are wonderful and are huge-most people leave with a take out container. They are currently updating the decor as well... More

We had tried the other Mexican restaurant in Enterprise and thought we would compare the two. This one didn't really measure up. I think they're trying hard, but just falling short. The food (enchiladas and tacos) was very very salty, the salsa was flavorless and the service was hit and miss. Seems like a nice family who owns it.

The folks at the Indian Lodge Motel recommended the El Bajio to us. Our waiter was very attentive and really joked around with us. He was hilarious! We felt like we were dining with friends. The food was excellent, just the right amount and fairly priced. If you want good Mexican food, this is your restaurant in Joseph.

There is nothing like Mexican food to fill a hungry tummy! Leo and his expanding family (another new baby now) are well loved members of the community. He will help you with your Spanish lesson, bring you not-so-spicy salsa for your chips, and serenade you from the kitchen with the other happy workers.

Enjoyed the pleasant open space, the wait staff and the food. This is a restaurant recommended to us by locals who eat there frequently.

After reading reviews we decided on El Bajio. Big Mistake. We should of read between the lines. Mexican food deserves to have fresh ingredients used, period. If I want LaVictoria salsa off the self I ll eat at home. If I want a soda that is flat tasting I can visit my sons dorm room. Ordering chili at a Mexican Resturant... More

I was disa ppointed in the food here and quite surprised. I thought it would be excellent. The salsa should be fresh-instead it was from a can and tasted very "tinny", There are a lot of can/jar salsas that are much better. The food was not that good either. Disappointing

The Valley, as I like to call it, is fine Mexican food. Chip and salsa are good and plentiful with more than one kind. Lunch can be very inexpensive if you order the special. Always good food, friendly, and steady.
