All I ate here was their breakfast burrito, and it was very good. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt. They had a lot of neat things to look at while you waited, too.

We are always looking for good cafes to get lunch as we travel from Salem to Bend. We came into Detroit and KC's looked welcoming. We had an excellent burger and sandwich. The cook was very sweet and came out and apologized to my husband because she had put peppers on his burger meant for someone else. (He had just... More

We were looking for a nice place for ice cream. There is not much in Detroit, but we did fine KC's. The ice cream was good, but the customer service was not great. The next time we wanted ice cream we just bought it at the store.

A tiny little deli style restaurant with good food and service. The place is owned by two women who have put their special touches on this unique building. Plenty of picnic tables outside for a sunny day. It's worth a stop.

Our car club stopped in Detroit on our way from Florence back to Portland. KC's is one of our favorite spots for lunch when we are on a drive through Detroit. Nice deli sandwiches were served to us outside on picnic tables in the shade. Very nice. And of course we had to have one of their delicious ice cream... More

Really cute shop, but just average coffee, my kids liked their big cinnamon roll, didn't eat anything, just stopped for a quick coffee break.

We enjoyed a few meals at KC's. It's full of character and the food was good. It's one of few places in town to get breakfast and has flexible opening hours (i.e. don't give up if there's no-one there at 8am... be patient).

Left the wife snoring in the cabin and found a caffeine purveyor at KC's. Before I left an hour later I had ordered four americanos. Enjoy!!

Eclectic stop. I stopped here and had a simple lunch - kraut dog and potato salad. The potato salad was really good. The dog was good. The service was fast and good. The place was very clean. The place is quite unique and artsy. I stopped here because I didn't want a burger.

We stopped in for lunch and were very pleased with and awesome menu of burgers and burritos on top of the coffee and deli. Service was friendly and they have nice outdoor seating. Make sure to stop by. Oh yeah. The coffee was great
