We ate there a couple of nights ago, had the seafood jambalaya, which was superb! On the strength of that experience we canceled our reservation for this evening at a different restaurant and went back to Sweet Basil. We had the crawfish etouffee. Again fabulous!...More

We ate lunch at this restaurant. The menu looked appealing and the surroundings looked very comfortable. They have an excellent out door deck as well as indoor seating. We were asked to wait about 10 minutes so that they could catch up. We actually waited...More

We arrived at the Sweet Basil's cafe pretty late on a July Saturday, for my birthday, and we were 8. The team managed to move tables for us and made it work, with a big smile! This is what I call hospitality. Once seated we...More

We have eaten here several times over the years. We always find the menu selections to offer some interesting dishes and have always enjoyed any that we have tried. The wine selection is small but certainly good enough to find a wine to pair with...More

Were initially reluctant to do a birthday celebration at a restaurant that doesn't take reservations, but it was great. Had Etoufee, crab stuffed Portobello, Thai coconut curried salmon and chicken pot pie.....all had perfect spice balance and were delicious. And outdoor seating was dog-friendly. Only...More
