Told to go here by local residents. (Forgot to mention they only take CASH or CHECKS.) Did not try the pizza but had the HOMEMADE spaghetti instead. Excellent job. Would order it again. Soup was great as well. Nice recommendation. Would go back again.

If you are going to try ONE thing to eat in the Wooster area, a Coccia House Pizza is a MUST. It is unique, delicious and memorable. The recipe has not changed since they started making them. The do not skimp on toppings and the aged ovens give your pizza a taste that is unlike any other.

Be prepared for a very long wait, both for in house dining and take out. You either love it or hate it. My family loves it. We always order "no grass" and we'll done. Call ahead for take out the next day.

I just ordered a pizza from here on Sunday night for pick up and it was THE Best pizza I have received to date. The flavor was incredible and the girls were very friendly to help me with my order. I have been getting and eating Coccia House pizza from here for years and Joe and his crew run a... More

First let me address Coccia House pizza. After moving to Wooster, I was told by many that I needed to try the Coccia House pizza. So many people raved about it and said it was the best pizza they ever had. The thing about pizza is, its likability is very subjective. Being from the East Coast and exposed to some... More

Used to be one of our favorites, but after a recent visit we will never go back. We arrived when it opened and still waited 70 minutes for our dinners. The "bricked" pizza with pepperoni on top was terrible - I wanted crisp crust, this was hard as a rock and just as tasteless. And garlic was a main ingredient,... More

Maybe it's the NY metropolitan area pizza snob in me, but I thought the food at this eatery was mediocre or less and pizza just disappointing and undercooked. Service was also painfully slow. I'd like to think they were having an uncharacteristically bad night, but I don't know.

This is a family owned restaurant the serves the best pizza our family has ever eaten! We drive 2 hours and 15 minutes one way for supper about every 3 months and it is worth it cause we have been doing it for more than 20 years! We also bring home extra pizzas to the family members that can't get... More

You could be tarred and feathered in Wooster for being critical of Joe's restaurant...Coccia House. It is an institution and you will find many townies enjoying their pizzas with friends. BUT, don't overlook their other menu items. They have a very good chef who prepares very good items. If you are not a pizza fan or just not in the mood,... More
