We stopped in on a Sunday evening. The food was limited in choice but was tasty. The fried mushrooms were a meal in themselves! Service was good but overall, a little pricey. Not the place for children.

First a bit of background. Some family members of ours get together for the holidays but often AFTER the holiday rush. Richland County is close to a middle meeting ground. Two years ago we had a wonderful Sunday dinner (in January) at the Malabar Farm restaurant near Lucas, Ohio. It’s an inviting place. Last Sunday we met there again. I... More

Every time we dine here it is an adventure. The food is always prepared in a delicious manner and the servings are quite ample. It is a great place to get away out in the country and enjoy the moment.

I treated our guest who had never been here before. They were pleased with their salmon. I had a T-bone which was cooked to perfection. My wife had lamb. She said it was delicious.

First off: be prepared for no cell service and if it's a glorious day, don't expect to be seated quickly or for fast service. I say that because I saw many, many disgruntled patrons impatiently waiting to be seated. Um, if the tables are all full, there is nowhere for you to sit! The staff were seriously running to serve... Totally enjoyed the food. Everything tasted so fresh. Went with a group of six and everyone enjoyed their meal.

Stopped by here for lunch while in the area and was pleasantly surprised. Think fine dining but in a country setting. It felt like eating at a nice B & B. They use local ingredients and the staff was very friendly. This would be a tremendous location for a special event or a holiday meal.

I've been there twice; once with a group for dinner, once for lunch with my wife. It's a nice setting with good food. A bit pricey and a little slow on service.

Lovely restaurant with excellent service. Great wine and craft beer selection, and the goat cheese appetizer is the bomb! I had the salmon for my entree and was not disappointed. Melt in your mouth, grilled to perfection on a bed of carrots, broccoli, and garlic mashed potatoes. One of my new favorite places. Going back on my vacation.
