Consistent is the chains' best feature. Service & food at each location has always been great. This is almost impossible to maintain since the pandemic started with all the employee issues.
Top notch experience, have been to 2 of their locations both were outstanding. Ribs, mashed potatoes are awesome, salads are decent, burgers are great as well. Ordered steak sandwich, didn't realize horse radish sauce, otherwise good, and pulled pork, really great.
Only a couple of craft beers on tap. Burgers are dry. Service is poor. Facility is cold inside. Worst pulled pork ever!
My wife and I had dinner. The beer draft selection was very good. My wife had Irish nachos and enjoyed them very much. I had the New England fish and chips. A generous portion well prepared. The waitress was pleasant and knowledgeable. With Covid 19...coming on strong we saw them cleaning everything throughly. They were using paper towels with disinfectant for table tops, seats, and every condiment. A very thorough and contentious job. One minor downside it was slight on the noisy side. My wife and I were ok in booth. People with hearing aids that have trouble in talking crowds might not be able to have a conversation easily. When in the area this will high on on our list to revisit.More

Sunday dinner with family was delicious and enjoyable. The Shepherds pie was so good. Yum, yum. My husband had the tenderloin sandwich. Our son enjoyed a burger, and our daughter wanted spaghetti. We shared the Boursin cheese with pita, excellent appetizer. So many good choices...and the food is always good. Anything from a great appetizer, tasty fresh salads (meatball salad is delicious), soup, burgers, nice selection of dinner, delicious pizza, it’s all at the Beer Barrel. Took my dad to this Beer Barrel since we were in Lima taking care of some things for him. Dad is 90 years young, and LOVES the pizza made at Beer Barrel. His favorite is the Meats pizza, which I have made with Beef and...Bacon and Onions and Mushrooms. We stopped in around 1:30 on a Tuesday. There were a surprising number of customers for that time of day on a Tuesday. I also ordered the mushrooms as an appetizer and our beverages. The pizza was superb and the mushrooms were fantastic! Its always a treat stopping at Beer Barrel and we will stop in again, either in Lima or St Marys! Our wait time for the food was reasonable and our waiter was attentive. Great food and Service. They offer a large selection of beers, and alcoholic beverages, but since I was driving, I did not order anyMore

Waited 15 minutes for drinks 30 minutes later server spilled refills splashing all five of us. Server laughed and did poor job with clean up . After one hour got our meal, pot roast was inedible. Manager on duty had no idea what was going...on and made poor attempt to assist in making situation better. Choose wisely.More

Had diner on Monday, had manicotti, and almost cheese steak sandwich, both were good, no longer have philly cheese steak , but what available was okay. Service was good, will come back.

A friend and I had Beer Barrel’s wings a few evenings ago. They were excellent! I highly recommend them, especially with their ‘Carolina Gold’ sauce. It makes my mouth water thinking about them!

IT has a nice variety to menu Things for the non pizza eater. It is bag food so expect fried items. Decor is good and it has outdoor patio. Decent beer selection

We stopped here for a quick lunch and were so happy we did. The boneless wings were amazing. So tender and the sauce was delicious. I recommend the buffalo chicken lettuce wraps. They have a huge menu with something for everyone. For dessert get the...s’mores! What a great treat!More
