We found this place through Trip Advisor and we more than pleased. An excellent salad for me, a huge BLT for my wife, and a shared blackberry cobbler ala mode. Highly recommend The Ridge Inn!

We ate at The Ridge Inn because it's close to the cabin but also because they have great home-cooked food. The donuts are awesome, too!
Excellent tomato basil soup on a raw winter day! Sweet Potato fries perfectly cooked and crispy. Have been wanting to stop on our way to Hocking Hills and finally stopped this past weekend. Fast and friendly service. A must stop in a small town!
I have reviewed this restaurant before because we do stop every year when visiting Hocking Hills. I don't want to downplay this restaurant because we love the "quaintness" of it. Service was excellent. Server super friendly. Food was sadly mediocre this time. I got a bacon cheeseburger and paid $2 more than my sons plain hamburger. Now a frozen patty!... More
We stopped for lunch and all four in our party enjoyed an exceptional "home cooked" meal. In addition we inquired about the doughnut holes we had previously heard about. I can only say we DID NOT order enough of the cinnamon doughnut holes!!! (We ordered two dozen.) For sure it was worth the trip back to pick-up up our order... More
After hiking in the hills all day, we were looking for a place to eat on our way back to Circleville. We had passed by The Ridge Inn on our way into the park and the reviews were decent -- so we decided to stop. I ordered the meatloaf, and I have to say it was the best meatloaf I've... More
My husband and I stopped here on our anniversary trip to hocking hills. The food was great, and the restaurant itself was very cute. The menu offered a good variety, and the portions allowed room for wonderful chocolate cake for dessert. We would definitely stop back here on our next trip.
All we had were the doughnuts - pumpkin and glaze - and they were delicious! And still warm! A little pricey. The place looked cute but we already had breakfast. We stopped in because we saw their doughnut sign outside.

Has his restaurant changed owners or management recently? My husband and I dined there Dec. 17, 2014 and it was not the same. We were very disappointed.
