Unlike other Panera restaurants, the staff in this one seemed all under trained and not well informed of their products. I ordered out 4 times to get hot soup and sandwich, and the quality was not very good.
First time at this location. Staff greeted us when ordering our food. We order food and it took a good 10-15 minutes for our food to be ready. Food was good and hot. Tried smoothie and it was ok. Bathrooms were a bit messy at...More
This was one of the worst Panera Breads I've had. I ordered a Greek salad with chicken. All of the lettuce was practically white and the tomatoes seemed like they had been frozen or at least stored already cut up over night. The soup was...More
We eat at Panera most days whilst on an American road trip. We stopped at this branch for breakfast. Right off we got a badish vibe here. The server was surly, confused and seemed totally out of her depth. Also to add insult to injury...More
The best system for ordering and enjoying your visit are used here. Large open dining area so you don’t feel like your sitting on top of each other like in most Paneras. Clean and friendly and always great food. Also easy to find
I have seen more organization and direction at an amusement park with free admission. Went there to simply get some bagels and waited forever while the kids at the register chatted and seemed unable to process an order as every person seemed to have problems...More
Went to Panera on Sunday around 11:00 A.M.Line out the door. Church let out.Only two registers open.Come on ,get more help. And get qualified help. These teenagers don't know their job. Very inefficient .
I love their fresh loaves of bread. I will go here for a bowl of soup or a salad. The pick 2 menu is a good way to have a smaller portion of two items.
You can always count on Panara's for good service, food and pleasant surroundings. Bagels are fresh have nuimerous selections. Soup & Sandwiches are alwayis fresh.
