Really nice food with great atmosphere out the back of the pub. There is a good view of the bay from the balcony area and along the windows facing Bass Strait. The lobster and seafood is cooked well. Reasonable prices for all budgets. Only 1...More

The old pub building is done up beautifully with beautiful views from the restaurant. We had the bread, salt and pepper squid and fish and chips. The meals were fresh, nothing spectacular but defiantly a great pub feed.

Fantastic hotel perched above a fishing village. No seafood chowder available as they had run out due to busy weekend. Hard to understand why they were buying seafood in from elsewhere and not using local.

We had fairly high expectations after reading that Master Chef had filmed an episode here. My Wife had the seafood chowder & I had the steak. Both were flavoursome but nothing super special. Staff were friendly.

The food was fine, a pie of the day and the fish of the day, but perhaps rather ordinary. The dining room is large and somewhat uninspiring and I thought the service was a little detached.

I had the 1/2 crayfish natural and oysters. All were first class. Staff were stretched so wine was slow to come out and mains were delivered not long after entrees. But very decent food and at very good value. Beautiful view from deck.
