Stopped here on the way to Crawley have been many times before but it improves each time. Bacon sandwiches were absolutely beautiful and hot, lots of bacon and such fresh bread. Coffee to our liking. Super staff and friendly but be warned they run out of change very quickly. Place full of dog walkers as such lovely walks around there,... More

Stopped off for a light lunch whilst out walking. Nice homemade soup, fairly good ciabatta with cheese, cake very tasty. Tea's were poor and not "made" and the whole thing seemed to take an absolute age. The staff were friendly enough, but it seemed as if serving customers got in the way of the chat they were having. The methods... More

Stopped off here whilst on a bike ride, ordered a cold drink, 5 other hot drinks were ordered after mine and they received their drinks first. When I asked if my drink was coming I was told "it's coming, can you not see we are busy?" I was quite taken back by the response, I waited another few minutes the... More

Very disappointing stop for a cup of tea and a piece at 2.30pm on Sunday. Only to be told there was no cake left whatsoever . Staff not friendly either.

I love walking my dog on Reigate Hill and Urban Kitchen is a lovely way to finish with a great coffee (real chocolate shavings on top) and their multi-seed bagels with dry cure bacon for brunch are superb. Well worth a visit if you're nearby.

Good place to stop for a break on the walk from Colley Hill across to Gatton Park. The kiosk serves a variety of drinks and snacks, hot chocolate is great.

Just ordered a toastie. The man serving me was complaining bitterly about other staff, who have turned the grill off. "Girls have their own way of thinking" he moans, amongst other things, in a rather unpleasant tone. The toastie was nice, and other visits have been pleasant, so three stars, but rather unpleasant today.

We met family as we were travelling along the M25. We'd been hoping for a tea shop, but found that it was just a kiosk selling tea and coffee in disposable cups. Very few choices of cakes - danish pastry or pre-packed cookie. We were very disappointed. There were public toilets - but no toilet paper. Location had a good... More
