Food was excellent, tall waitress with short blonde hair and glasses served us. She was great with the kids, attentive but not at all intrusive. Food was great, really nice family lunch!

We have eaten at this branch of GBK on many occasions and I really rate there burgers. However on my latest visit the service was really poor despite the restaurant being very quite, we were not shown to a table or given any menus etc.
I had gone to gourmet burgers when i visit Kingston so much to eat on Saturday the restaurant is full you either have to wait or go somewhere else i love it there
