Great place never been inside as I use just eat food was ordered at 7pm was believed by 7:20pm even though they missed an item I called them up and told them I’m missing an so they Apologised and they said they will send it straight away. When I received the item I had an extra Poppadom so thank you for you amazing Service

Food nice, but terrible service!

I was really looking forward to our meal after reading the reviews, however, it was completely ruined by the fact it was nearly an hour late (on top of the usual hour delivery). To make matters worse, the manager delivered it after we complained that it was going to over 2 hours of waiting & we wanted a refund & was rude. Mains were nice but only warm, starters & chips were cold. Due to this we wouldn’t reorder or recommend.

Worst takeaway we’ve ever had! Ordered on just eat. Everything was cold, meat was dry and tasteless. Both naans were burnt! The size of the Naag hot dip is a robbery for £4.95. Rang up and they lied about giving us a refund through just eat.

Ordered a few times recently and received text to say it’s on its way (3 miles) half an hour later still nothing every time. Seriously, if you live close enough, eg within 10 miles. Just walk to collect, it will be much quicker! Food normally good but don’t waste your life waiting for it to arrive, you’ll have emptied your cupboards and no longer be hungry 🙄

Very disappointed

Awful place no atmosphere , staff serving in shorts and sliders ! Curry very mediocre and my two Friends couldn’t eat theirs as was way too hot , we left and went to Spoons will not be recommending! Very tatty exterior too does not make you want to go in

Worst Ever Experience

Pungent smell of sweat from one member of staff.My starter arrived Over cooked on the outside and RAW MEET that had been not defrosted it was cold with blood in the middle. When I complained the non smelly member of staff accused me of being intoxicated (I was driving so no way) I offered to pay for the Popadoms I had recieved but I was manhandled out of the door. I Would only reccomend eating here to my very worst enemy.

Absolutely terrible!

Absolutely terrible. Very watery curry which had spilled everywhere as the lids weren’t properly sealed when bagged up. Small portions and lacked flavour. Couldn’t eat and took the food back to get refused for a refund. Terrible, will not use again :(

Took 2 hours to arrive

I usually use Silsila, regularly...as food is so fab, but tonight tried calling or 30 minutes ..no response... I decided to try the rugeley spice...... ordered at 6.10 , I was given delivery time of 45 minutes...after 90 minutes rang again, to be told on route.. after a furtherv20 minutes called again, hes on route I was informed, after 2 hours food arrived.....cold, greasy, and unappetising. Delivery driver was very apologetic, it isnt his fault , Poorly organized, no communication, never again

Ordered our food on Just Eat at 5:00pm for a delivery at 8:00. It’s now 8:55pm and still waiting!!! If you want a delivery, try somewhere else!!!
