The Jinnie is a lovely country pub which has a gorgeous menu. It's not your normal pub grub (although that is available too) but interesting and well crafted meals, which are good value for money and delicious! Booking essential and highly recommended

The Jinnie is our new local, having recently moved to Rolleston on Dove and how lucky we are! Saturday evening was our 5th visit as both a couple and with family and it just gets better and better. The quality of the food (especially considering the price - average £14 per main) is unreal. I had the pork belly, my... More

My family and myself chose to have dinner here for my birthday meal having never tried before and it was close to home. As soon as you walk in it is a cosy friendly warm atmosphere, the staff were all lovely and very helpful and attentive. We all had starters, very nicely presented, and just the right amount of food... More

Friendly staff, very efficient, lovely country pub but food was poor, starters were homemade soup which was cold, mains were roast lamb which was grizzly and fatty, change the chef and I might visit again.

Went at the suggestion of our friends who had been before a few times and so glad we did. A simple starter of olives turned out to be quite a feast with bread & dips etc. etc. My main was a fish platter and it was a struggle to finish it as was one of our friends mains - a... More

Even-though, the restaurant is on the small side, i have eaten here on a number of occasions and never had a bad meal to date. Four of us went on Saturday and we all had a great meal. The service is excellent to and they make you feel really welcome. Had the Poached egg and black pudding to start and... More

This was an absolutely delicious meal. The menu was varied and there was a good selection of traditional pub meals and gourmet dishes. The duck was delicious. Would highly recommend.

It was quite a while since we had been to the Jinnie Inn, so decided to go for lunch. This is a nice, friendly pub with a very good lunch menu and a specials board. There is also a good choice of real ales and largers on draft. I had the 'pie of the day' which was large and good... More

Our comfortable bar area features low timber beamed ceilings and a fantastic open fire in the chilly winter months.
We pride ourselves in preparing all our dishes fresh on the premises. We never buy in 'ready meals' and therefore always happy to cook dishes to your individual taste where ever possible.

At the bar you'll find our cask mark accredited ales along with a fine selection of wines.
During the summer months you can relax in our fabulous beer garden and enjoy a taste of italy with our authentic wood fired italian pizza oven.
