Fantastic service, wonderful food, especially the three meat Sunday lunch. It's a bit pricey but the food was wonderful.

I like this place. I used to live in Somerton, and the White Hart used to be a rough, normal pub. Not now. It has been transformed. The interior hass now a pleasant and comfortable modern pub feel, with a large beer garden. The menu is interesting, with choices for all ranging fro sandwiches to wood fired pizzas. The beer... More
This is our 'local' which is why we keep going back, and nearly every time we are disappointed, last night being no exception. The building is lovely and the interior decorated beautifully. Atmosphere good. Comfy seating, log fires etc. BUT at 7pm there was only one member of staff serving drinks at the bar with too many customers waiting to... More
Main plus - kids welcome and late afternoon there are a few about (with their parents). Went for a drink, 3rd time in 6 months, strange but every time we have been to the bar there's no one there. Don't usually have to wait too long. Bar prices toppy, service erm ok ish! Would like to eat here but the... More

We went as a party of eight for a double birthday celebration on 17 Feb. Crab on toast starter had an unpleasant off taste and did not taste of crab. The off taste remained even after the main course and drinks. Main course plaice was poor, thin specimens; once the skin was removed there was very little fish on the... More
the four of us visited on a Saturday evening. We were all excited by the special starter which was rare beef with lemon. The dish was ruined by the over powering taste of lemon juice which led to not being able to taste the beef. It was presented nicely but small and an estonishing £9 each. We all had sirloin... More
