Tried this last night. Food was delivered in a good time considering the circumstances. saag paneer was really nice. Much better than some of the other takeaways around. Lamb tikka Vindaloo tasted nice but could have done with a little more spice. I've had cheaper takeaways but that wouldn't stop me going back. All in all we paid £55 for a family of 3 but we all ate well and enjoyed it.

AMAZING

Ordering online was straight forward and the food is amazing. I’m a huge curry fan and thought it’s the best I’ve had from any takeaway or restaurant. Ordered again to make sure and I was right the first time. If you like Indian food your love it.

OK food but watch out for delivery mark-up

I went to order delivery via Just Eat, and found that all prices were 50-60% higher than collection, in addition to a delivery charge. Delivery costs and commissions are inevitable but this misleading and excessive.

Order take away, absolutely tasteless, dry, chewy

Order take away of vegetable biryani and butter chicken, came on time but food inedible. No taste, poor quality, meat chewy. Papadum came in pieces... No worth the price you are paying for. Simply not professional.

Excellent quality Take away

Favourite curry take away in kent

Lovely tasting tikka masala, must have eaten it 15 times over the years. Food is always well packaged and kept hot for the journey home. Highly recommend

Quite nice, but lacked real depth

I thought I would start the week with a curry. Ordered online for a later collection. I fancied a change from my usual mixed grill and opted for my other favourite which is a Thali. Good portion size including chicken tikka, kebab, tikka masala and a lamb curry. This was washed down with rice and a naan bread. The tikka and kebab were quite nice. Well cooked and fairly well spiced. The two curries were ok. Nothing to write home about but perfectly acceptable. The naan was properly cooked and had a lovely flavour There was a lot of it and I was unable to finish it. I would recommend this place if you are after a decent good value meal.

Every dish we've ordered from here has been beautiful, the saag paneer is amazing! The service that you receive here is what makes the Indian takeaway so special though, they take pride in their food and so they should!

Best Indian takeaway in Medway.

Have used this Indian takeaway since it opened in 1988. Just had another delicious meal. If you haven't tried the anamika please do. You will not be disappointed. Please be aware they are extremely busy on a Saturday evening, a sign of their great reputation, so can take an hour or so for your food to be ready. They don't offer a delivery service which, for me, is a probably a good thing.

Take away was ok

We ordered a take away on Saturday 19th august, unfortunately they do not deliver. We had to wait an hour which is a long time. I had a lamb bhuna - my usual Indian main dish- but didn't enjoy, it was too hot for me. The other food was nice, and reasonably priced.

Had a lovely takeaway from here on a Saturday night. Chicken tikka starter, reshmi kebab, spicy and plain pappadums, chutneys, chicken jalfrezi, chicken madras and pilau rice, £25, very tasty and fresh. No complaints. Thankyou.

The best byriani anywhere

We regularly use this take away when we want to enjoy a really well cooked Indian meal at home and for the last 5 years we have never been dissapointed. We woul reccomend you pre-order over the phone as they are always extremely busy-a sign if the quality of their food no doubt.

Perfect every time

What can I a say. Eaten at many take away in medway area, and sit in restaurant, anamika is by far the best from meat dishes to veggie dishes , starters to mains to sundries . It is such a shame they do not open a sit in restaurant , I'm sure it would be filled every weekend!!! Reasonably priced although they do not deliver.
