From the outside it's easy to be put off, as the Red Duster has a quaint IOW feel to it and there are more modern frontages in the High St. However, the food is quite excellent, at a reasonable price and the service from Nicky...More

We picked this restaurant because the menu was different and contained meals we hadn't tried anywhere before. Nice..sort of.. but not quite sure some of the dishes worked well. My chicken curry had banana in it and I still can't make my mind up if...More

Six of us had an enjoyable meal in an otherwise empty restaurant, on a night when several other restaurants in the street were rammed. So, don't be put off by the decor.

Very nice meal and the waitress was the best. Did not rate the bread though, but apart from that the restaurant was very cosy. Thank you

I was enticed into the Red Duster by the menu in the window. My mother and I enjoyed wonderful meals and appetizers and even loved them as leftovers the next day. We also were able to chat with the owners and had a lovely time.

Wow, what a fantastic evening; I can't recommend the Duster more highly. Great food, great food! Really friendly staff and more than fair prices. The fish was divine.
