Went in there for coffee and a cake having seen online that they offered vegan options. There wasn't a single thing on the menu.

We are regulars to this wonderful little coffee shop and brasserie Terry and her team to a fabulous job producing the finest home made pies and pastries and in the probably hundred times we have been I have never had cause to complain and always...leave smiling and sated!. Thank you!More

Another visit here, this time we had mochas and scones- both opting for the cheese scones, one with "just" butter, the other offered with cream cheese and a lovely onion chutney. Both scones were absolutely perfect, and beautifully presented. Someone has a flair for detail,...the dishes and cutlery made it all a bit special. Cackleberrys is always worth a visit, and I'm determined to complete my loyalty card! Facilities are immaculate, too, which is always a good sign.More

The food was not "high-end" and deserving of the price. The pretention placed on the food means it feels food itself feels dated rather than homely or traditional. There are far better options in Fareham. The atmosphere of the resturant was made considerably worse by...poorly suited music, presumsably chosen for the benefit of the staff rather than the customers. From the next room over, you can hear the front of house and kitchen staff complain about the customers they've had during the day. You are not as quiet as think you are and I can only hope you didn't take people's money if you're going to insult them at a later date.More

Always come here when in town, the food and drink is amazing and fresh with a lot of love put into it. The staff are super friendly and always so accommodating to us and our little boy Charlie.

I have tried many afternoon teas around the area and I have also been to Cackleberrys several times. But this is by far the place that does the best afternoon tea in the area. Everything is so fresh and so much effort is made to...attention to detail and presentation. You also get a lot for your money so it is extremely good value and everything is absolutely lovely quality. The staff in there are so friendly too and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend this place enough and I will be going there with my mother in law for lunch this month too!More

Had lunch in this place. The food is lovely and the staff really good. We both had different pies and really enjoyed them. Only small criticism is the pricing is not very clear and could not see any prices for wine or beer. Apart from...hat great place to eat.More

Well what a great place. Had an first class lunch with great hot coffee and really friendly service. All topped off with Slade, Elvis, Mud and Phil Spectre in the background. First time at Cackleberry's today but will be sure to be back to work...my way through the breakfast menu, pastries and cakes. A really good cafe experience - thank you!More

I love cackleberrys! Recently visited on a Wednesday, was busy so would book but staff were extremely accommodating! Such a warm welcoming friendly cafe/restaurant, would recommend to anyone, whether it’s couples, with friends, family, girls lunch or anything! A wide variety of delicious cakes, pies...and other food, lovely drinks, friendly staff, it’s spotless in there and was very impressed with the front cabinet food display! I am and always will be a regular! Thank you to everyone at CackleberrysMore

So much nicer than the usual ‘high street chains’. A warm welcome and a surprising number of breakfast options. We had different versions of the breakfast muffin and both were generously filled and very tasty. Nice coffee. Nice tea. Next visit I plan to explore...the impressive display of homemade pies, pastries and cakes. It is relatively small and the seating is limited. It also seems to have a good local customer base so it might be a good idea to book. Unfortunately currently closed on Wednesdays as a result of staff shortage.More

Felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door I had just gone to a different bakery down the road and found out they had nothing veggie, but crackle berries had a really good choice of veggie lunches and the food was really lovely...so was my coffee! Really impressed the staff were lovely and friendly I struggle going out on my own but I felt really welcomed here. Will be back for sure! Special thanks to sue who was really attentive and made a really nice ice coffee :))More
