Nice old Pub we only had one drink there so can't say to much, we thought that served food every night of the week. but found out that they don't serve food on Sunday and Monday nights , we ended up going to another pub...More

We were staying at The Trafalgar Guest House opposite and was advised by them that this pub allows dogs. Very friendly staff, made a fuss of the dogs and brought out a bowl of water for them. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced....More

Came in for dinner and pints. We were not disappointed with the venison, the rabbit stew or the lamb dishes. We came on the recommendation of locals, it was a good night.
