Dined twice while staying next door at Tudor Farmhouse (see review). Attractive beamed interior, open fire etc. Good atmosphere. Food offered - fairly standard pub grub, but reasonable choice. Fair selection of wines and service was attentive and friendly

Went for a meal on Saturday and got the first time ever we have got a few grumbles about this place. Some of the waitresses seemed a bit shy and lacking in skills but maybe they're new. The restaurant seems to have been refurbished/extended which is nice but judging by the waiting time for food they may have extended the... More

There were 9 of us for a family 30th birthday on Sunday February 26th. The room was set out beautifully. The food was exeptional, piping hot and the meals all came together. The desserts a must. A great choice of food. The staff friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be going back. The best service that I have had when... More

Quiet pub area which was dog friendly and the restaurant area (no dogs) served really good portions of food. Extensive wine selection for a small pub
